Die Cleaning Equipment LLC commenced operations in July 2021 following the acquisition of Die Cleaning Equipment and Supply, Inc. (DCES Inc.) by David and Nicole Rizzo.

DCES Inc. succeeded Kredit Automation, which developed automated die cleaning systems in 2007 in response to a request from Hydro Aluminum to mitigate the safety hazards associated with non-automated processes.

 

After manufacturing a limited number of machines, Kredit Automation discontinued the product line, and the business was subsequently continued under new ownership.

Between 2010 and the 2021 acquisition, more than 35 machines of varying sizes and configurations were produced for customers across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.

Originally headquartered in central Phoenix, the company relocated in July 2025 to a 10,000-square-foot facility in Casa Grande, Arizona, situated near the intersection of Interstates 10 and 8, approximately equidistant between Phoenix and Tucson. The six-person team is equipped to build up to four systems concurrently.
