Die Cleaning Equipment manufactures sample etch systems and compact, standalone small die cleaning machines.

They can be matched with a larger system that receives the caustic mix from the main system mix tank or a standalone system with separate Allen Bradley controls, mix tank, breakdown table or a dip rinse tank. Stainless steel die baskets are available as well as an operator platform.

Standalone systems can be placed inside the plant with the exhaust employing a wet scrubber that eliminates foul odors and non-inert exhaust fumes.
